Lumena is a high-end recruitment agency connecting experienced Polish caregivers with private clients in Germany. Their mission is to ensure top-tier service and seamless communication between caregivers and families in need of professional assistance. Our challenge was to design and develop a digital platform that reflects Lumena’s premium positioning, simplifies the recruitment process, and enhances the user experience for both caregivers and clients.

We designed a user-friendly website on Webflow, ensuring a smooth experience for all users.The job application process was streamlined, with dynamic job postings, automated unique job numbering, and integrated submission forms.A CMS-driven system allows for easy management of job offers and candidate applications.
Google Sheets & CRM Integration
Custom integration ensures all applications are systematically stored in Google Sheets, using email as the primary user identifier.Sub-sheets for each job offer automatically update, allowing the Lumena team to track candidates efficiently.
